Member Sessions
We are delighted to be able to offer our members prebookable session.
NOTE: We are now open for members to launch their own kit AND to hire ours, be sure to book onto the correct type of session. (Owner if you have your own kit to launch, Hire if you need to hire our kit.)
Reservation
You must reserve spaces on a given timeslot in order to go out on the water at that time. You must reserve the number of spaces for the number of craft you wish to launch.
Competency
You agree that you and anyone you have booked to come with you has a competency suitable for the craft you are going out in and for the conditions of the day. As ever, we reserve the right to refuse or retract permission to access the water if we deem the conditions pose a safety risk for the persons going out on the basis of lack of competency.
Safety Cover
We provide general safety cover at all times when we are open. This may from the office watch window or it may be out on the water. You agree that in the eventuality of an emergency or safety reason (aiding in a rescue) our staff team may assist you.
Timings
The park gates will be open whenever the centre is open. Session times indicate earliest arrival time and the latest departure time. There will be a morning and an afternoon slot. It is ok to book two sessions if you wish to spend the day here.
Health
You agree that you and no one you have booked to come with you are displaying any signs of COVID-19 and will take the initiative in cancelling any reservation if symptons should show between the time of booking and the date of the timeslot.
