Open Water Swimming Coach

We are looking for a qualified swimming coach who would be interested to build out a 'proper' open water swimming programme at the lake and build a community of swimmers who train to participate in competitive events.

Qualified Bushcraft Instructor

We are looking for bushcraft instructor to join the team and build out bushcraft as a new offering.

Summer Camp Leaders

The perfect summer holiday job for university students. No specific qualifications are needed, though experience in delivering outdoor activities to young people will be preferred.

Trainee Instructors

We are looking for local trainee instructors. Ideally you are 16-18yrs old with aspirations of working towards becoming a fully trained instructor. Trainee instructors can fit in weekend / evening work around their studies during term time and join the midweek team as well during holidays.

Hospitality Role Availabilities at AquaSports

Front of house staff

We are looking for friendly and welcoming people to join our front of house team who will look after activity check-in and check-out, reception and generally be a friendly point of contact for guests when on site.

Waiting & bar staff

We will need a team of welcoming and hard working bar and wait staff to man our expanded waterside café and bar in 2024

Event staff

We will be running a number of larger events through 2024 where we will need to hire extra staff. These will be ad hoc roles as and when we have events. Get in touch if you would like to be on the mailing list for these opportunities.
