Paddlesports Improver

The second step of learning to paddle. If your child has done their Paddlesports Beginner then they’ll be ready to become a Paddlesports Improver. Perfect for packaging with the Beginner Camp in one week.

The Paddlesport Improver develops paddling skills through experimentation and games. With plenty of time on the water this training camp provides gentle skills development, and is orientated around a variety of games and fun exercises. Students develop their existing paddling skills are are introduced to basic support strokes and paddling further distances with a focus on kayaking and canoeing. For those who prefer paddleboarding, we recommend our BSUPA Paddleboarding courses. This camp brings the student up to the equivalent of the Paddle Discover award.
